i-765 approved for but not for my spouse
Based on the recent application approvals, I thought that non-concurrent employment-based GC applications were being directly approved without approvals of EAD/AP. Today my employment-based EAD got approved. My AP is still pending. My wife filed with me for GC as a beneficiary. However, her EAD case did not get a decision. I was under the impression that the same family members' cases are generally approved simultaneously. I am confused about my overall case scenario.
1. Should I expect a long delay in getting a GC if, for a non-concurrent case, the EAD is approved first?
2. Should I be concerned that my wife's EAD application did not get a decision at the same time as mine?

same thing happened with us, EAD was approved for my husband, two weeks ago and I still waiting for it.

best of luck to both of you. hopefully it's not a matter to be concerned. I didn't hear about separate timelines for ead approvals for family members. If you don't mind, what is your current immigration status?

We are with H1B and H4, now we are doing AOS, since August 2021, I hope uscis surprise us with combo card😆😆, best wishes for you too.

my dependents GC was approved 2 weeks ago. I (primary) still waiting. USCIS is acting crazy these days

Lily S. that's right, since the beginning we both have the same updates, same dates, and now only he was approved for i765, the rest of the forms for both continue without moving. He is the( primary)

I am in the same situation, i am primary my EAD was not approved but EAD approved for dependents !
