yes I got them last year June 2020and it has expired this year June 2021

I have renewal 6month extention receipt and it will expire Dec 2021

my journey start since April 2018 and I already have two interviews and I was denied 2019, I refiled in January 2020 and got my ead and parol June 2020 and my first interview was May 27th 2021 and I was later call in after 4 months for 2nd stokes interview which was today October 2021.

hopefully they approve it soon

why denied at first ? interview

why were you denied in 2019? I was denied in 2020 because I didn’t use a lawyer and forgot to file a form.. under Trump administration they just denied instead of asking for it..

I was denied because we have 8 Discrepancies in our 2nd stokes interview me and my spouse and that was in long island before we move to queens.

but it was denied right after the interview or waited long time for that ? I had around 3 , 4 questions diferent answer, when separated. of total 25 questions . so . waiting around 4,5 months .

I live in Alaska / California center I have i130 approve I had 2 work permanent approve the last one just expired 3 three months ago. I send another i765 and still waiting as well

mostly in New York 2nd interviews is common while sometimes you might be lucky they approve you on your first interview.

@ Ina Lois. on this current application, was your first interview a stoke and did your status changed after the interview. Was it the same officer that interviewed you for the second stoke interview. Just been curious because I had my first stoke interview 6month ago and case status was updated to interview has been completed and case must be reviewed few hours after the interview.

@meena it was not a stokes it was normal interview we were not separated but we were both questioned for 40min in May 27th 2021.

how you met, who propose, who sleeps on what side of the bed, what did u eat this morning. who proposed and where. what is the most capital intensive project u made recently. how did u get here, how many alarm(s) in the house and was it located.

Good morning all! @M K first of all I want to to tell me which field office you are having your stokes interview.

it’s not scheduled yet but prepping for the interview from all perspectives

if it is Manhattan or Queens field office be prepare for 70-100questions and you might be lucky with some officer that might not ask you much. I'm 100% sure of what I'm saying

you can travel and it safeif you are coming backing the would just take you in for secondary inspection and parole you in back.

@jb None I know of, but if they don't approved you on the spot it might within 1month to 4months even more or 1year.

@strande ali no update till now, I call uscis and the told me I'm still in normal processing that I can only make ifopass after June 2023.
