I485 - Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed
Hello, we had marriage based green card interview on February 11th, 2021 still I haven’t got any update from USCIS. Case status is still showing Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed. I already escalated my case to tier 2 USCIS officer but response was not helpful. what are my options? what’s is going on with my case?#i485 #i130

Same here mine was on February 24,2021.... still in review.... let's continue to be hopeful... that's all I do now

Something is wrong in your process. Any divorce background that was not mentioned ?!? Any unlawful status before marriage ? Any incongruent step or something that you believe happened and let USCIS doubt about the validity of mariage? …etc. I would recommend to contact a lawyer because sometimes one needs to sue USCIS to get a fast follow up. it’s very difficult to provide an answer just like that without studying the file. A good lawyer will help a lot.

same here,interview completed and case must be reviewed, since August 2020 , I have been making several enquiries and calls, am now fed-up and living my life, I don't wanna develop any mental health issues because of this 😢, I did all I could to no avail, am not gonna kill myself, at the end of the day, am the victim and they have nothing to lose , I did not violate any immigration law, I did everything right and followed the right process, after taking my hard earned money, they live me hanging in stress 😩 😪, God is watching

Atlanta field office is now 52 months for marriage based cases.... they tell me that I am still in normal processing time

@khalid A. no divorce background, no unlawful status before marriage, I don’t think of nay incongruent step that happened.

No I don’t have any lawyer when I initially submitted my application. I contacted USCIS via Senator Office but even Senator Office got reply from USCIS was generic.
