i485 interview waived
Applied i485 on April 2022. I called USCIS today and came to know that my interview was waived back in July 2022. Current status is showing “Case is being actively reviewed by Uscis”. anybody went through same situation? if yes, what happened after that? how long does it take to get the approval? #i485 #AOS #i130

@m y, my case was said to be eligible for interview waiver since January 2022, still waiting to hear from them.

My PD is April 2022 and showing actively review as well. I didn’t call USCIS. Hope we all receive updates soon.

how long you've been married? if it's more than 3 years and you've applied afterwards. and if you have already approved I130, most likely your interview would be waived.. or they will interview you for background check.. not to confirm your marriage

it’s very random now, they just want to clear backlogs, cases documented sufficiently, no remove processed or anything in background checks, they simply waive them

hey, i m on the same boat. On live chat (Emma) say interview is waived . if you speak with real Agent say interview was cancelled due to Covid. If you have an attorney belive only him. but this is unbelievable.

they said my interview has been waived from february 17. my case status hasn’t been updated from RFE. Emma doesn’t seem to understand my dilemma. i’m truly annoyed.
