My case is in CRP effective Sep-9 and wait still continues... hopefully

I was in CRP since September and Oct they give me a second rfe. just submitted response to rfe. I don’t know what they are doing. good luck to you and hope you don’t get any rfe and straight approval.

@Pritesh Jain it's quite frustrating that they give an order all after while in CRP. hope your case moved faster now since I submitted response and it's not in CRP anymore

@Joe joe if you have AP case pending, you can retry the WH or senator route claiming that is outside normal processing, which could indirectly help with main 485 petition
