Please how do you check and know how it is transferred?

yes. I am exactly in the same situation. my was transferred to NBC from Texas. I started the process on Nov 18, 2022. received the EAD mid Feb/23. my case was transferred March 2 to NBC. no biometrics appointment.

I have the same situation. my case was also transferred to NBC on 30 Jan’23 from Texas. PD Oct 2022, received EAD early Feb’23. No biometrics yet !

@Luiz Ricardo thanks… the only difference is I started the process on Non 9, 2022. rest is all same. Inam just worried about Biometrics appointment as I heard this is the first thing. after biometrics they checked the criminal records and all security checks. the worry is if they have not taken biometrics yet when will they call for biometrics and when will our i485 steps started? 4 months already gone. I saw some cases where i485 processed after 10 to 12 months and I don’t want to be on that category. but I know it’s not my choice :) we are just depending on USCIS.

yes. I understand that are many cases in the same situation. some people say that after the transfer the process got faster. we will have to wait and see. let’s post the updates.

PD - Oct 22. i140, EAD, i131 approved, recvd notice today that my case was transferred to new office (don’t know yet, but understand notice has been sent). biometrics were done in Dec22.

@R K any update? no status change for me! I am now waiting to see if the dates move on the Apr visa bulletin

@R K so you didn’t have biometrics (which I’m assuming you’re referring as finger printing) before? I had my biometrics post filing. did you not file concurrently?

hello. glad to hear that. I received my green card today! 6 months total process. I got my biometrics appointment after 5 months from the process start and one week after the biometrics got the notice that my card was being produced. received today! good luck to you! hope you have good news soon 😎

@Pin Point that’s good for my case 10 days have passed and it’s not reflected on case status that fingerprints have been taken. by the way my fingerprints case is linked to i131 and not i485. what’s about your case was your biometrics for i131 or i485 ?

@R K my case has been updated to “case remains pending”

@R K there’s no news. the eb1 Fad has retrogressed to 2012 and hence, we are all waiting for new visa allocation in FY24. will come to know only in Oct bulletin whether there’s any forward movement on FAD. unless PD is current, USCIS won’t review the case.

So finally I received RFE of medical today after 500 days.
