i824 - can I file mandamus if 365 days no decision made?
On December 10, 2023, we received your Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition.
Can I file mandamus for my i824 once it will be 365 days from the day of receipt notice? what else can I do to fast forwar the decision?
Maybe mail to the senator ?

Try local congress inquiry. If no help, you can file mandamus, do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" as many people got assistance from there.
