I am a US citizen but I have a sister who is a British citizen she holds a masters in Social works and 7 years experience, do yall think she can qualify for NIW EB2? and if yes, is it advisable if I help her in filing it since I live here and in the military? and what can you advise us on it in terms of evidence and what to prepare before sending it in. thank you all #eb2niw #eb2

NIW is based solely on the three prongs: her endeavor should have substantial merit and national importance. She should be well positioned to advance her endeavor and the on the balance, would it be beneficial for her job labor certificate be waived!
