interview after rfe?
could uscis ask for interview after they received medical rfe (I-693)? My case is employment based. they notified me of receipt of rfe on Aug/18. I haven’t heard anything afterwards. could they still ask for interview? Texas service center.

I filed I-485 on April/18/2021. PD mid-Nov/2020 (labor certificate), I forgot exact day.

Wow! I filled mine in Nov 2020 - EB2-NIW (PD is Sep 20219).. No update since May 2021 when FP were done

They had my fingerprints already from a prior case I had with USCIS (a case not related to GC) so I didn’t have to do fingerprints again

@Alex was referring to IW. My i140 took 15month b4 it was approved

For EB, if responded to medical rfe, you should expect 485 decision before end of this month.. in most cases interview waived off
