contact live agent, I saw the same on my account and was told it was a glitch n that my bio appointment letter was mailed about a week ago

mine is saying the same thing, but when I do like a google search and track the status of my case it shows fingerprint fee was collected.

oh Boy I was thinking it could be a glitch. I'm going to call. I received my Bio appointment before this "Invalid Date".

how do you contact a live agent?

mine didn’t show bio appointment has been scheduled until I chat with Emma on the uscis website

@krystal USA I just googled my case number and didn't show up anything. how do you do it? You can contact live agent requesting through EMMA.

@OK mine never showed Bio scheduled and I received the letter with the appointment on May 15, I'm going to do the Bio tomorrow.

@krystal thanks! Just checked in the website and says Fee was received. The Invalid Date must be a glitch though

I just spoke to someone and they said it’s a glitch the website has been having some issues.

As far me i booked my k1 visa appointment paid all the fees did ny medical and sat ny visa interview and the visa counsellor asked my for some extra documents to submit along with my passport after i submitted them awaiting my visa unfortunately i recieved a notification that my documents was ready for pickup only to recieved it there was a letter attached that says ny case was invalid since December 30th and i did all my appointment booking in December before the 30th and the only available interview date was January 17 2024.
