hella all,
I'm trying to enter information here to track my case but the receipt number starts with IOE, what service center is this? a quick google search says that it's e-filing and I'm not sure what to enter here when creating a case to track time.

you should be able to see the processing center on the button if you receipt. you can locate that under the documents tab or they mailed you one

you have ask USCIS which service center your case is at if you filed online

I only have received the text message that says that my xase was received, don't have the actual paper receipt yet.

I filed online, I received paper receipt from Texas but I asked USCIS via Chat, they said my case is at Vermont.

yeah, my credit card transaction says Dallas but at this point I'm not sure

Like many on this platform, you have been assigned an electronic case # which means your case could be in any of the 5 centres....contact uscis for the specific location.

type "Live agent" then she will give you options to help you with, you have to choose "technical difficulties". then EMMA will connect you to live agent. if you chose like case status or something else she will provide links. "technical difficulties" option works for me to chat with the agent.

IOE means electronic filing and it’s being processed at the NBC for now….. I also did a paper filing but USCIS changed it to e-filing and sent me a notice that they created an online account for me
