ioe is national benefit center MSC is texas center

both are thesame coming from thesame service center. Missouri service center is also called National benefits center. It’s just that the later, IOE wil require you to create an online account where you can check your status, upload documents and send and receive email from USCIS from a secured account. On which one is fast or not, It’s very hard to tell. Nobody can tell how USCIS works.

as I know MSC is National Benefit Center which is located in MO Lee's Summit. But I don't know about IOE

MSC is a national benefit Center, IOE is an electronic immigration system. As far as I know, MSC is the most efficient center.

IOE is electronic filing/processing and has no effect on the speed of your case. any center uses IOE, and USCIS is opting more and more for that. here is how to interpret your receipt number. please, note that for IOE, that interpretation is different from the others. https://www.immigrationhelp.org/learning-center/what-is-a-receipt-number-and-where-can-i-find-my-receipt-number-for-uscis also, everyone saying that IOE only can track their cases online or have an online account is not accurate. any case can be tracked online as long as you have a receipt number. I've had online accounts with LIN receipts and could track my cases from there.
