IR5 - Parent AOS, Any apporval?
Hi,
Did IR5 - Parent AOS, PD 16-July-2024 , i-130 online applied and i-485 , Medical all send within 30 days to Chicago office . Biometrics dobe and EAD received within 6 weeks.
Anyone with any approval good news for 16-July-2024 PD?

no, they are in USA now. We applied as AOS, within USA.

@jason mason I did AOS for my Mom PD 3-October 2024 & Biometrics Oct. 30th. How long do you think until EAD approved?

after biometric, EAD usually approved within 1 week.
