It's been a month since I sent the RFE and I'm still waiting
I submitted my file on March 27th. My file was updated to actively under review on April 9th. USCIS then requested an RFE on May 20th and I submitted the RFE to USCIS on June 27th. However, it has been almost a month and there has still been no progress. Is there anyone else experiencing the same situation as me? How long does this process take? #marriage #greencard #I-485

I submitted RFE March 25 and also still waiting. lawyer said to follow normal processing timelines, RFE in between doesn’t matter.

@Emre Aydiner when you have an RFE notice from uscis, you got an email saying we have taken an action? and the case status changer to activaly being reviewed in the same day?

@Emre Aydiner two things happened on the case history for I130 today . one is saying initial evidence and the second if being actively reviewed. but nothing on the documents tab or notice for RFE
