it's here finally!!!!
after a long wait in h1B and employer sponsored eb3, I never thought this day would come. and coming from a finance background Eb1a seemed distant or even impossible. we gave eb1a a try and applied last July fo i140 followed by AOS in January this year.
today it said the golden words "new card is being produced".
I will be praying for all fellow group members who are still waiting for it. thank you all for your support

@Eb1 C it should have been long island field office. I chatted with Emma yesterday and they said it's long island ..they didn't tell me anything about approval etc but just gave the standard response.

we did put in an enquiry though the local congressman office in early June, to which the response came in first week if July. the response was generic but confirmed the case is in Long Island and is within the processing timelines. we didn't have a reason to expedite so we couldn't do more about it. I am not sure if this inquiry helped in terms of them opening our files or not but I would say no harm giving it a try.

@S P I stick with chat with live agent and then again Ukraine chat with live agent..once it connects and asks for personal info, I would ask is my case still with field office.

@del Kh For 485 - Did you and your spouse approved exactly the same moment or is there any timelapse? Mine approved but wife’s still shows pending.
