I might be wrong but it is usually NOID- Notice of Intent to Deny. Have you sent everything they ask for?

I haven’t. when I filed my petition i submit the k1 i29 form only without any proof of relationship however we didn’t received any request of evidence from uscis. but now our status is “notice explaining USCIS was mailed “ so it’s kinda nerve wrecking what is going?

it’s a NOID. I received one of those. you will have 30 days to respond and then your case will get back to being reviewed. it’s really nerve-wracking. good luck
