keep waiting for infopass appointment and no call back
I called USCIS in June and have been waiting for the Tier 2 agent call back to schedule an infopass appointment. I have been calling them every week and they keep telling me to wait. Is it usual to wait this long for a call back?

yes! same happened to me. they never called back, they sent an email stating they have forwarded my inquiry to my service center and I need to wait to hear directly.

I had an appointment for March 12, but my mother (the beneficiary) was tested positive with Covid a day before. So we went to the appointment as scheduled and I informed the official about my mother who had “no symptoms” but came and he replied “Do not worry, we will re-schedule and send a new notification letter within 2 weeks !” I have made several calls , INFOPASS 3 times and the 90 days window for an answer just expired again November 2nd :-( I have to call again tomorrow - I do not know what else to do. We runa 20 year old business, my mom needs to go back to a normal life where she is allowed to drive, health insurance etc etc . Every time i have gone to our Immigration location, it does not matter how friendly i am, they have been slightly rude asking me “What number did you call ??!!! “ (Kind of angry and pointing at the infopass 800 number placed on their door. ) - I keep telling them that Infopass is not calling back, that perhaps they could check inside with a supervisor ? (Kindly) but this get them worse and they just keep saying “you need to call INFOPASS again and wait!” :-(

I would say USCIS is really difficult to work with in general. There are some good officers but it really depends on the branch and the individual. hope you will get one soon. I know this is mentally draining.
