@joanna n actually i did not send it.I got a rfe for it and i just took it at the interview.I guess its a little luck but hopefully u get good news soon!

iv seen alot of employe based not having intervirw too but i guess depends from the case too

March 29th 2021 NBC Sacramento California. My case is ready to be scheduled for an interview since September 14th 2021 and no updates yet. I didn’t send my medical because my lawyer recommended don’t it untill we have the interview l. However I received a letter telling that they haven’t received yet but it was ok if bring them to the interview. Maybe my interview will be next year.
