Medical Examination response RFE
I responded to an RFE for medical exams, because the ones I sent with my initial package in 2022 expired and USCIS asked me to take new exams, which were received on December 2. USCIS notified me that they were received that same day and then 5 days later last Saturday, December 7, my case was updated to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS but it's been 1 week and still nothing. I had no hope of being approved soon since it was only my medical exams and I have already been waiting for 33 months. I have had a long process. B1/B2 married to the US citizen when should I wait? I just hope that this does not take months and months just to review the medical exams Do you think you could have my approval before the end of the year? #USCIS #RFE #Medical #Examination #Inmigration #Waitingforalongtime #Aproval #Keepgoing #Bless

Ure na, what did uscis asked for the new medical exam ? your doctor gave you your previous records or you submitted all the blood tests and vaccines again? or it was just regular doctor check ups ? please share

@Bella B I got all the vaccines done again and the blood tests also the same normal process but they included the 2022 vaccines and the new vaccines again I got all the vaccines again I got 7 vaccines including a new dose of COVID since USCIS is putting a lot of emphasis on the 2024/2025 COVID dose

They were supplied in November 19, (Tdap Whooping Cough), MMR, Flu, COVID, And these three on November 20, Hepatitis B, Polio - IPOL MDV, Varicella-Varivax USCIS notified me of the RFE on November 18 and the next day I went to get the blood tests done without wasting any time and that same day I got 4 vaccines as explained and the next day the other 3, I had until February 13, 2025 for everything but by doing it quickly it only took almost 2 weeks the test was ready on November 27 they gave me the I-693 in a sealed envelope and then I sent it on Saturday, November 30 and it was received on Monday, December 2

and one more question Ure na when did you get rfe when is expired already or only after sometime when it’s already expired ?
U r e na Ure naDec 16, 2024
@Bella B I didn't lose any vaccines, it was just that I didn't have all the proof of my medical record since I moved out of state and it was going to be complicated to get the record and thank God I don't get sick very much, I almost don't go to the doctor, so I decided to get them all again, it was the safest thing to do.

@Bella B and if I received an RFE because my medical exams that I sent in April 2022 had already expired and USCIS indicated that they needed a new complete I-693 because my case has not yet been adjudicated but they have fully expired

I’m same way you don’t loose hope , also I fill my application December 2021 and still I didn’t get approval so last month November they asked me to renew my medical exam then I did it and sent them November 7. after that i checked last week I called USCIS they told me they received my medical exam documents so I have to wait their response within 60 days, so that means it will be until January 7 . we will see and my advice is don’t worry, stress and everything will be okay I hope we will get good news soon Insha’Allah .

@Java 10 Thank you for the words, I appreciate it. I'm not desperate, just that as you can see, we've had a long process, but everything will be fine and soon we'll all have our approvals.
