mine is 272 days and nothing. they replied to the inquiry after more than a month and that too with a stupid response.

filed for renewal in Jun23. no action. sent to Vermont but got receipt from NBC. multiple inquiries, white house request and nothing. No satisfactory reason why the delay. trying ombudsman request now as last resource

mine is also NBC. yeah, ill let you all know how the umbudsman request goes. it takes at least a month for them to take action.

@gg l Wow your wait times are crazy. I still don’t have my work permit approved and it has been 210 days I think. I am getting scared there is something wrong or they think they found something weird. I don’t know what to think. I really hope something happens for you. Very long wait.

hi all, quick update: my work permit renewal was just approved. Not sure if it was because of my Ombudsmen request but I really think it was. If your case is stuck out of processing time, try that route! on the uscis website there is guidance on how to do. hopefully my new AP will also be approved and I will get a new combo card. Sending you all good approval vibes!
