yes, same situation for me. I checked my documents in a I-765 form and it was approved on September 19 and I had received the approval letter to my email, I would suggest that you check in the form documents.

I think those times are never exact, my EAD said it would take 3 months and it only took me a month. Always check the documents part if you have any notice because it took me 15 days to change my status since the notice approval was in my documents

@Fei B I filed concurrently too.My I-485 and I-130 moved from 9 months to 4 months this morning.

their system is not accurate they just lies don't trust them. mine was 1week and then changed to 2 weeks and then to 7 months, so it is just a jokes

I applied on 7/10/23 and did biometrics 7/28. I’m still waiting on ead. It first said 6 months then 3 months, 2 months then 5 weeks, 4 weeks and now it says taking longer than expected to process 🤷🏻‍♀️

@EANR 13 ,mine too .went from 3 months then 2 weeks until decision.I hope they will honor their word.

Nebraska gave us an update. And they told us to create an online account. Is this a good sign?
