My i-485 case was transfered to the local fo, what does that mean?
My I-485 (K1) has been transferred from NBC to my local field office, also Emma agent said the interview was waived. Does that mean anything? I just had biometric about 10 days ago and already got my ead two days, ago.

USCIS has decided to review your application without requiring an in-person interview, likely because they believe they have enough evidence from your submitted documents to make a decision on your green card application, and the local office will now be responsible for processing your case further.

it’s a normal step. they approve them at the field offices. Emma can tell you your interview is waived but an officer can always request one if they feel the need once doing the final review
