congrats what documents did you submit did you submit joint taxes, police report, affidavit, rent lease, joint bank statement, text messages, psychologist evaluation, was your case based on violence or emotional abuse and how long have you been together

@ y j I submitted police clearance, pictures from abuse affidavit from friends and family who knew about the abuse and joint bank statements. I wasn’t able to submit my psychological evaluation

@Abby k if the self petitioner filing for vawa has been the beneficiary of an previously filed i130 petition, the processing time for vawa will be reduced and if the vawa applicant has transferred the priority date of i130 to vawa as a result the vawa processing will be faster

ok perfect. I have a priority date of September 9, 2021 for my I-130 and I recently requested the date to be transferred to my VAWA so hopefully that helps me
