N336 Got Date For Interview
I just got a date for interview 5 months after filing of appeal for N400 application denial. Dec. 10 2021, 7 days after 180 day processing time limit. Keep praying I win the appeal.

My interview done yesterday. The appearance is to clarify issues led to denial and officer ask for time to review the files and my evidences promising acceleration of process. She gave me options if I want to be invited for interview if need be or to make decision, my attorney picks invitation. Now waiting for her notice next week.

Congresswoman petitioned uscis on my behalf. USCIS only promised to take action in next 90 days. Advise Congresswoman to make another inquiry if nothing is done by June 8. So frustrating.

My N336 was finally denied on flimsy excuse. De novo was conducted on my appeal and based denial on new findings they couldn't clarify from me. The findings happened to be what I have documents to rebut. What do I do? Do I reapply or seek Judicial review in district court?
