Got it! Thank you! it is telling me 11-14.5 months. But is that from when my case got transferred? (3 weeks ago)? or from my initial receipt date to Texas SC? (Feb 2020). Because I was already out of processing time before they transferred from Texas to NBC 🤔

Don't trust the field office processing time unless you know which field office your case has gone to for sure. After my case was transferred to NBC, Emma agent said it went to a field office that's 3000 miles away from where I live...and then a week later, they said it never went to a field office and it's still at NBC...

Cay K any update? my case it’s similar 12 days ago my case was transferred from Texas to NBC, today Emma agente said that my case it’s a field office of California and live in Virginia 🤦🏻‍♀️

Eb3 Faith - did you ask at least 3 Emma's to confirm your case is in California? if so, exactly which office?
