it was not an easy journey. finally I can close this immigration chapter.
throughout this entire process, I realized that the more documentation you provide the less chances are for a rfe. I received birth certificate rfe, then they put me in CRP and then they gave me second rfe for marriage and new medicals. happy to help community in any way. good luck and thank you all in advance.

@sf_rider immigrant they asked me to submit new medical exam. they revoked the status of the civil surgeon who did my medical exam 1.5 years ago. I wasn’t even aware of this. when I did my medical he was on the list and I don’t know when it was revoked.

@sf_rider immigrant marraige certificate, photos, reservations, flight tickets, insurance, property taxes, mortgage, utilities, kids birth certificate, passport, wedding invitation, whatever that has both names listed on ut and everything translated

hmm this is second data point I am getting RFE for marriage on employment based green card. another person had an interview on eb1b where the wife was asked to show all these photos. wierd for employment based. @Pritesh Jain @Joe joe

@sf_rider immigrant we are married for 10 years now and both were on different visas so that could trigger but you never know.
