mine was transferred after I filed in 8 months but I still didn’t get any update after it

also it says that the next step they will assign my case to an officer to review it and then they’ll mail me their decision 🙂

me too same case status case has transferred jurisdiction I don't think so about interview

they transferred cases cuz of workloads and sometimes because they need an interview especially if it’s at your field office but it’s not always an interview they might just give u the approval without interviewing u (:

My case i751 applied on Oct 2020 has been on "a new office has jurisdiction" for a while and I was recently given an rfe to show joint bank account and bills that i don't have. She closed joint account and never accepted any money I would give on bank transfer except cash. We have 4 grown children 31 29 25 and 20 ages. let me find out if a lawyer can be helpful because my spouse assaulted me and doesn't seem ready to cooperate though we are not devioce. I equally applied for N400 and case still actively under review since Oct 2021

I'm given up 6 sept or case canceled. Anybody that knows a prominent lawyer could help by information.
