no decision after green card interview
I had my marriage based green card interview on the 16th of June. it seemed to have gone well but the officer made no decision after d interview. it’s been close to 3 weeks and still my uscis status still says “interview was scheduled” and there is no update at all still. I wanted to know if this is normal or something is off as I am beginning to get worried.

same here . no change after interview. Atlanta office . the interview didn’t go very well like I was thinking.

it was back in 2018. and i got it. they don’t usually give you the answer right away. almost always they make you wait

that’s what I will be doing . in January it will be 2 years of wedding. so maybe a 10 year gc.

why make u wait though lol. it’s like a mental torture. I get to think about it every day. I would rather I get a YES OR NO immediately than have to wait till God knows when

lol. welcome to usa. i applied in august 2019 for my 10 year green card. i did my interview last month. and still waiting. so, sit back and enjoy the ride lol

I when to .y interview on January the 8 2021 and from that day on till now i heard nothing it going to be 6 months Thursday coming. and last month it going to be 2 years since I'm married

mine I got married 2018 put in my papers 2019,got my ead card a day before my interview October 2019.i and my husband was separated during our interview but everything went well and the officer said she will get back to us,I waited and it's crazy check the site every now and then,they renewed my ead again and I was thinking they might request for more evidence but in may 2021 the immigration officer that interviewed me 2019 called me on phone and asked how am doing and my husband I said we are good and she said she was calling to let me know is wants to grant me my 10yrs greencard I was so happy..it's worth the wait..all the best guys

they have 120 days to give you a decision- I waited 3 months- be patient a decision will be made soon

@AK do you know how long do I have to wait for interview to be scheduled ? I got the update 7 days ago. I485 and i765 is at NBC.. 11 months pending with i360

this is something nobody knows- i didn’t know my husbands case either- if it helps much mine from start to finish took 11 months- my field office was Chicago so not sure the timeline of any area

I had my marriage based greencard interview on May 2022. Interviewer said it s approved. But I didnot get the decision yet. I am waiting almost 7 months. We sent our documents November 2021. Field office Washington DC.

with me it took 4 months exactly. and it got approved. but your greencaed will be backdated to your interview date
