hi , i received a noid last April and submitted it in may , same like u . they dont usually respond to the noid . you will c actively review, or something like that.

i dont know , thats what happened to me after the noid it was activly reviewed then asked for rfe and cancelled it then got an interview but when we got to the interview they didnt do it due to technical reasons, they couldn’t pull out my file. they told me they will schedule for later.

my lawyer called them they said nothing is outstanding

@lulu 369 lol they are aren’t at all. I have done that severally. i feel an attorney is the only one that can really get a hold of whoever is handling the case to respond. Not even my congress was helpful
