1.you might have to get a joint sponsot since the sponsor income doesnt qualify 2.yes you are documentary qualified but you might want to fix number 1.

@immi how come i qualified for documentation and still need a joint sponsor? I think something is wrong somewhere

@blessed awuah did they ask for you to mail anything in? if they asked you to mail it in you have to do what the paper says dont wait till your interview

Does it mean i still have to send the nvc a joint sponsor affidavit?

@blessed i think you will have to have the joint sponsor affidavit with you and when it comes time to your interview the general /embassy will ask for it at the bottom it says may require additional documentation at the time of the interview

my spousedid not make enough money in 2021 but his job change and he is projected to make way more than the requirement 2022 based on Job letter and paystun submitted so im wondering if we will get DQd

My wife didn't make enough money in 2020 but we go ahead submitted the document. Though we get DQd and still demanded the joint sponsor

It will be good to start looking for a joint sponsor in case they ask then you send it to them..

if she made enough in 2021 you can just take updated W2 to the interview
