same question. my PD is Feb 9 and applied concurrently in 2022. do you think they’ll still process my application or they’ll need to wait my final action date also becomes current ?

so they are following filing chart for October..that means ppl with PD before April can submit their AOS correct?

yes. @ian Keanu . but no decision will be taken on the I485 application unless your PD falls under Final Action Chart. other apps like EAD or AP should be processed.

is there a way to check how many CRP cases pending with dates prior to Feb 2022 for India?

if you look at USCIS excel in June it seems 3100 profiles pending between Aug 2020 to 31st Jan 2022

i think they should stop giving greencard for some countries. Since they dominate the market, there is no equal competition at work in sectors.
