@hopeful 🙌🏼 I upload things like my husbands death insurance claim I received, documents from his employer and from SSA where I notified them of his passing. Everything to do with his passing and the anniversary of his death, pics from funeral etc. since my case was slightly different I had to think out the box and I honestly believe that’s why I got approved earlier.

@Believe FX the dates at the top just tell you if they looked at your case recently. you can also copy and paste it in ChatGPT and it will explain it.

@Mo Me I congratulate you and I am very happy for you because I can understand your pain as a person who has lost his spouse , but I would like to point out that my cases are still pending, I have been waiting for more than 400 days and when I talk to the lawyer, he says that we still have to wait, what should I do? @Mo Me I sent all my full package when my wife was alive and then she passed away and then my application was denied after 16 months due to my sponsor and I talked to my lawyer and we re-filled and sent the cases in and there is no update although it has been more than 400 days since then. :(

@jacob lion my condolences again. so your I-130 was denied? Then you self petition I-360 with the death certificate and you don’t need a sponsor, you sign the I-864W. I personally didn’t rely on my lawyer’s advice only. I did my research because the information he originally gave me was incorrect.

@jacob lion I already had an approved I-130 though and my PD March 2023, that took 361 days to be approved. So 400 days isn’t unusual. My advice also is upload unsolicited evidence. I upload pics from viewing, flyer from 1 year anniversary of passing, 6 month anniversary, insurance claim I received with check, documents showing I closed his bank account and contacted SSA. also from his employer where I had to repay some benefits that was overpaid.

I would love to do what you mentioned but the problem is that I can only see my receipt notices in my USCIS account and I cannot add anything @Mo Me
