Did you use a lawyer? for my case I thought that was why I couldn’t see anything, and since the lawyer is representing me and all communication is with them, then they see and have accèss to the documents.

@Chris Femi doesn’t matter how many old/new accounts you have. Since it is VAWA - no online access. Even by phone they not gonna tell you anything. Only mail inquires

@Chris Femi But for 485 you can call them and ask. You not gonna get a detailed info but if you catch nice officer he could tell you where is your case now. I used to call them a lot, so I know what I am talking about🤗

@Chris Femi by the way, ask you lawyer for everything that had been submitted. They have all copies. Tell him to scan and email it to you. I have all my case in my email, all forms
