I don’t have an answer to your question, sorry but also I am in similar situation, just 10 days away from being “outside normal processing time” for I-131 and I am planning to fill out inquiry online, as soon as the date comes

hi cc, just to let you know, I made 3 requests. after that I spoke with a tier 2. they called me back but I had already received the appointment for biometrics. my office field is Orlando

40 days over after service request but no response.. basically I don’t have much expectations!

they don’t get back but even if they do, they only copy and paste a general response email back to you saying they are still working on your case. I did that once on my I-131 before I got everything approved

I got my combo card approved after 25 days of the 2nd service request. NBC

@cc it’s doent make a difference I was on 4 request than finally I got a tier 2 to call back because they won’t schedule it until you put in the request and the 30 days are passed and after that I got a response for outside of normal time. PD 5-29-20 just got approved for combo card this week should arrive by Saturday.

mine also been pending since 09/08/20 at texas service center. i did many inquiries and expedite requests . nothing has worked so far

@HR did you receive your Ead/ AP yet

@HR did you also get a letter from uscis saying they would reuse your biometrics

I thought you had already finished your process. First they scheduled my interview (Monday) and then they made the update of their card is being produced (yesterday), while today it came out that i765 had been approved. I did biometrics in February. 11 months waiting so far!

@ hr hopefully I just need that interview letter now :) I need to travel I am debating if I should go on AP!! @cc no they didn’t schedule my appointment for biometric if that is what your asking. they expedite my process for 131 which made me get the 765 combo card. but nothing on my 485 or 130.

I just got a call from Tier 2 agent and they are going to contact NBC inquiring why my case is delayed and requesting to expedite it. I hope this helps to get my biometrics appointment done.

no I had my biometric on 2-4-21

After calling Uscis several times and saying that my case was outside the regular processing times, a Tier 2 agent (probably the 5th I talked with) finally scheduled my biometrics appointment for next month.
