PD current - Jun 2014 - EB1C Case moved to CRP
My case moved to "Case Remains Pending" even when my priority date is Current June-2014. Confused with this status change.
Country of Chargeability- India.
Any experience with this Situation with the members?
Cannot raise the SR since its within the processing time.

lot many people in the same boat as you. I wonder why they moved FAD if they didn’t had visa numbers for people who are current

was your priority date ported to eb1 i140 approval notice or the eb1 i140 approval notice had June 2023 date?

@del Kh Yes eb1 I140 approval notice and I485 receipt notice had the correct dates of June-2014

@S B there was a similar case on this app like yours. It got approved soon. Atleast someone has looked at your case which is a good sign.

I don’t know why they are advancing FAD if they have run out of visas.

@Darwin D I am also not sure why these cases go in CRP, which is again an unknown status, no one knows where it goes from here

yes @Darwin D. Below is the exact text "We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application."

@d jk Now we see atleast 3 cases to CRP when the dates are current. I am not sure when they release visa numbers and allocate to CRP cases, either monthly or quarterly

My case status changed to CRP today, but my pd is current looks like an error from uscis

@A G what is your PD and case details, if you can share. There are 4 to 5 cases, for a few it decision was made in 4 to 6 weeks, for others its longer waiting. For me, no decision yet.
