Yes, TSA don’t check immigration status so don’t worry. You just need some form of ID either issued by the state (driver’s license or state ID card) or you can use your foreign passport. I’ve flown loads cause my partner travels for work. No issues at all. Real ID requirements have been pushed back, so don’t worry about those.

they can, any federally issued document will count as identification. if they have state ID or drivers license, make sure it doesn’t say “not for federal identification”, because they wouldn’t be able to use it for flying then
