I am curious if anyone in the EB1 1 category has ever had his/ her petition pending beyond 60days of RFE received. If yes, what did you? Did you call the number on the RFE notice?

that 90 day thing is a myth ..12 months for me so far

Thank you for your message @K V but I am a bit confuse because the notice I got indicates “within 60days not 90days”. Are you talking about AOS or petition?
