No EAD will be granted through Prima Facie. I was able to get food stamps and Medical only. Even with school wanted to join Chabot college but was told I will be treated as international student since Prima Facie don't grant you any title here in America. But once your Vawa granted you will get EAD, and all other things.

Michael Jay!where do you get EAD from?they will give you EAD yes under c9 while your 360 still pending but you not going to present Prima Facie anywhere to get EAD. I got 2 Prima Facie no EAD. After my 360 was Approved is when I got EAD under C31

Syi Jhb!submitted July 30 2019, August got first Prima Facie, then October 2020 got second Prima Facie for 180 days. March 05 2021 application was approved this time is when new card was produced EAD under C31. On March 23 I got post-decision activity.

Oh wow congrats, do get any RFE before approval? If yes when was that bcos I know getting rfe delay for 3months extra.
