Prima facie determination is good 👍 it's a pretty approval which means your case has some truth in it and could be approved, but it doesn't mean approval.

I got 5 of it before my case got approved

@S R wow. 1 prima facie since 2019. I'm 2020 and so far I've got 4 PF. God will come thru 🙏 for all of us waiting patiently. They say God's time ⏲️ is the best 👌.

PF does not always mean approval, but I got 5 as well before approval, but your case is already outside processing time. Have you done case inquiry or contacted ombudsman?

i did inquiry ..correspondence was recieved and uscis is reviewing it ...still in process they said without completing this process we can not move forward without background check.
