Priority Dates??
How does your PD impact your adjustment case & approval? I started filing March 2023 (I-130) but filed my I-485 Aug 2024. #i485 shows Priority Date of March 22, 2023.

when I got my I-485 notice I said that other priority dates weren’t going to be affected and it shows the same as yours. I filed I-130 in February 2024,, and the I485 in October 2024.

You maybe close to getting an answer on your I130 soon tho. I got approved at 361days… almost a year to the date. good luck

I think they always use your first priority date. yeah I’m hoping I get approved soon I haven’t seen my family in 6 years. good luck to you too
