Received combo card for the primary applicant but only EAD for the dependent
Dependant's AP is in fingerprints received stage since 46 days . EAD was approved on 25th September with no update on I-131. Has something similar happened to you folks? Hoping to travel to India this December

@N L same happened to me. I received combo card and my dependent only EAD. I’m assuming gc will get approved next and i131 will be a closed case.

Dependent -1 I-131 approved 46 days back but card/ document not produced yet and Dependent-2 whose I-131 also was filed same date as for dependent-1 shows fingerprint applied. PD NOV2022 India. For them it’s CRP and for main applicant it’s finger print applied.

17July2024 case received by USCIS (EB-1B), PD Sep’2020, EAD approved on 20Sep2024 but advance parole (biometrics applied to primary applicant only) and 485s pending with Finger prints captured. Today Emma live agent mentioned case moved to San Diego FO.
