REF received after 1yr of no activity
I received an email about an REF sent by mail. I can’t see under my documents so I don’t know what they are requesting. this is good news to me because I have had no action on my case since receipt date of 4/26/23. They used to upload the RFE’s under the documents, don’t know why they stopped. Nebraska transferred to Potomac. Blessing and Good luck to everyone.

the RFE will be u see documents in 5 days most likely. Thats how long they usually take to post

I found the notice of rfe on doc tab 1 day after receiving : request for evidence was sent

It has been uploaded to my documents. they are asking for a Certified translation of my marriage certificate. I used Google translate for previous immigration processes and I was always okay. I will get it done 😊
