Thank you Marcel for the words of wisdom I do have a lawyer our 1-130 was already approved but, wanted feedback from those that had similar experiences.

you can do a quick Google search, her denial rate is 60% out of 120 which makes it 1/2 1/2 https://trac.syr.edu/immigration/reports/160/include/judge_0005_name-r.html she's fair.

Interesting it’s unfair but judges use discretion which is not a good tool since it doesn’t even things out.

My husband had Honorable Judge Tadal!!! she was a blessing approved me to represent my husband and gave him bond to come home from ICE Detention!! She likes facts truthfulness and she is very reasonable!! I wanted to keep her, but she knew we needed more proof and so on so she transferred to Newark, so now we are on Judge #3!! 2022 court date…

That is good news thank you. Mu husband has her she worked with us. When USCIS was giving me a hard time to approve the 1-130 she helped us & waited until it was approved. July 14 is my husband final court date hoping she approves ths 1-601 & 1-485. she seems to be extremely helpful & has been so far with the case. she has been on top of the lawyer and making sure everything with USCIS work for us. on July 14 thr decision is in Tadal hands. I haven’t been sleeping but praying she gives us a second chance.

Where is your case by the way? Is it in Newark? Is there anything in particular I should expect from Tadal? I’m just nervous that she wouldn’t approve the 1-485 USCIS approved our 1130 but she has been super helpful with my husband case so I don’t find why she wouldn’t approve it.

The court date was rescheduled due to a case that the judge had before my husband. we don’t have a new date yet.

He had the final court date today it was terrible. He has to return back on Thursday for final decision.

Sorry about that Jennifer, is it the DHS attorney that made it terrible? Fingers crossed today 🙏🏿 is when they might be cross checking everything.

Yes the DHS attorney made it so horrible she was so brutal & mean she bough up things that were not true of course my attorney argued those point. Yeah the immigration judge have to cross check everything & Thursday 1pm we will be given a decision I am preparing for the worse. Emotionally I feel drained.

sorry all the late response. my husband did not win the case. due to mistakes is the lawyer that we hired. the IJ stated we should appeal & correct all mistakes. although, it’s unfair that he did not win the case due to lawyers mistake which we had a clear given case. IJ explained she truly believes the bases of our marriage & or is credible. the lawyer fail to complete one application on the 1485. did not make any arguemenra during final hearing & etc.
