@Mrkvica M. Okay, cause I sent my statement, I sent pictures of the abuse, the bruises and all. The FBI clearance as well… This is a rollercoaster of emotions 😭

It can be anything e.g. proof of abuse, good faith marriage, good moral character, joint residence, previous marriage (divorce documents), etc. They can ask for clarifications or more details on some documents you have submitted or any errors on the form. Again, it can be anything; once the letter comes, you will know exactly what they need from you.

@Miss M i know that you're stressed out now but thia RFE will arrive in few days and you'll take it from there. But, try to look at it this way - they are working on your case and you'll get decision really fast 🙏

I did received an RFE for my i-360 as well. initially case showed approved in February it turned out to be a glitch. The RFE i received includes. Affidavit, personal statement, medical, Physiological evaluation, Proof of good character (I did FBI screening). Had until September 27th to submit, submitted before deadline and case was finally approved October 31st and received approval notice and C31 card afterwards.

@Tuff Gong did you not submit all those evidence with your filing ?

if you give 10 affidavits its depend on what they find week poin in your case good faith or more evidence of abuse otherwise they ask simple good moral character

@Tuff Gong I sent all those elements when I filled in 2021 Affidavits from my church, and my friends,, Personal statement, Physiological evaluation, the FBi screening, pictures…
