Request for Initial Evidence
Hello everyone,
On Saturday, March 15th, 2025, I received a notification via lawfully that a request for initial evidence was sent for my I-485. I quickly ran to the USCIS website to confirm the notification and it was true. It has now been 7 days since I received the online notification and my attorney’s office confirm that they have still not receive the notice in the mail. Is that still normal? for those who received notices from USCIS recently, how long is it taking arrive? thank you!

If you have a lawyer, it takes about a week. Even if you don't have a lawyer, it will be send to your address.

yeah mines took atleast 8 days to get to my lawyer. so give it some time

someone just received theirs after 15 days and the issue has been with usps not delivering mails on time lately.
