Response from USCIS to my congresswoman
Good day guys. My congresswoman received this email from USCIS, are they going to schedule me for interview or they will make decision without interview? "Thank you for your inquiry, dated April 2, 2025, on behalf of your constituent, regarding their pending Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (Family). We have confirmed that this case remains pending at ----- Field Office and will be scheduled for an eligibility interview when an interview slot becomes available. The case is currently within normal processing times indicated at https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will contact your constituent directly when an interview is scheduled or if additional information is requested prior to the interview. Case status may be monitored online at https://egov.uscis.gov/. We respectfully request you allow at least 45 days from the date of this email before following up on the status of the case."

@Obote . based on that email, your local field office has the case and will schedule an interview next. NBC did all the other checks including medical and passed it along. You should hear back soon depending on how busy your field office is
