RFE responded but no update!!!
Responded to I-485 Medical RFE and it was received by USCIS on September 10, 2024( according to FEDEX TRACKING). Still nothing updated on the app. Just worried about the status update. Any idea how long approximately it takes for them to update ( average time)? Thank you! If there’s anyone else in similar situation please share your feedback and thoughts. Thank you !!

Same here. Medical rfe response has been delivered since 09/16/2024 but no update online that they have received it. Contact center says to wait for 60 days before they will open service request 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️.

I never got update on the system but when I received FOIA request there it showed my medical rfe received date.

@Rijo Rijo I don’t know if there will be any impact. I did FOIA to check whether I will have interview waived or not.
