Security checks
Good morning fellas, i filled 9/3/2021 and my i360 approved on 9/23/2024, i requested infopass on 12/30/2024, and today i reveiced an email stated that your case is currently delayed bcs the required security checks are still pending. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of the security checks, i just called info pass today, representative said that they do not need any document from me at this moment, once they finish their investigation and addition documents require they will let me know, is anyone experience this ? i already submit fbi background check like 2 years ago. i need help guys any advise will be helpful..its been along jouney.#securitychek #vawa #i485

i filed 2018 and my case was delayes also due to security checks. Did you trying contacting ombudsman or congressman?

my case was approved July 2024 and my I485 was transferred to National benefits center but they reused my old fingerprints

No i did not contact anyone other than infopass and spoke with reprensentative @Mrkvica M. what happened to your case ? did u contact with congressman and able to be approved ?

no I didn’t get that statement. I just see online my old fingerprints were applied to my I-485.

@Kaya don i waited five and a half years. I was contacting everybody and doing inquiries. Don't know if that helped or they were just done with security check. I was approved last year,so there the light at the end of the tunnel

@Kaya don once my I-360 was approved that’s when I sent in my I-485 application with my medicals. I didn’t file concurrently. I had to wait until my I360 got approved to submit my Adjustment of Status forms. I sent those with my medicals one time.

i saw also fingerprint was apply to.my case i485 since 4 months ... nothing else .. i want to know how long after that message i485 get approved?

augustin, i'm in same situation .. filed October 2019
vawa approved May 2019
after i got rfe for medical i sent medical
they received medical on 21 August 2024
and on 2nd October they re run my fingerprints and since then nothing .. it's been 120 days since they re run the biometrics

sweet lins when you observed your fingerprint were applied ,after how many months or days your i485 was approved? because im seeing fingerprint were applied to my i485 since 140 days et nothing happened
