IOE is when your forms are treated by the computer and not individual. for the SC it depends on which state you live in

@Manzar Ally, most likely National Benefit Center (NBC) but double check again. Also check the address on the envelope that came with the receipt if you got it via mail.

You will find the service center at the bottom of the receipt. You should see the name of the center and the full address of the center.

No, no option to file online for my application type. Paper based I-765 renewal at Potomac

Maybe so.. with IOE, the documents get scanned when they receive it. Unfortunately, not all applications can be filed online. hopefully soon

@Mike, I don't think IOE is only for online filler because I have that too and filled via mail.

Some of the paper filed can be IOE. Thats when your physical package is scanned and sent to your respective FO for processing.

I have IOE as well and the center is National Benefits Center.

@Manzar Ally, the address that’s on your petitioner’s receipt is the service center your case is being processed at. Mine also said California, but my on my petitioners receipt it was Vermont. I contacted USCIS and they confirmed that it was Vermont Service Center. Also, IOE doesn’t mean its fast or slow, it all depends on the service center your case is at and also depends on the officer dealing with your case. Hope that helps.

@Manzar my lawyer paper filed it but I still received my case number with IOE. It means USCIS scanned the paper filed case into their system. So in such a case even paper filed becomes online.

receipt number starts with IOE. i received two document, the first one ia written nebraskas and the last one ia written potomac service center so how do i know which service center is doing my work
