Short and Weird RFE
I have received a RFE with just one page asking for educational evaluation, which is something that is already in my case.
Also, there nothing else in the letter. it seems that the agent didn’t read my case completely, however he did not ask for anyother evidence but educational.
Was weird and I dont know if I need to send more evidences or just whas he is asking.
He mentioned that could not proceed analysing my case if he does not have what he asked.
What does that means? Should I only send the information asked or do I need to send more info?

Hey., ensure that the educational evaluation is conducted by a reputable company based in the US, as they are better equipped to handle this task. A search on Google reveals that there are only a few companies that provide this service to meet the requirements of the USCIS. Make sure to provide only the information requested and avoid adding any extra details.

Do you already has a MS degree? if you are doing ms rn with no prior Ms degree, the officer is questioning your advance degree?

@Paulo Campos I bet that your attorney is right. If officers sends your RFE like this it means that officer is dumb and not professional. Be prepared for second RFE or even denial even if your case is completely fine. It's about the officer and not about your case.

don’t worry too much about the initial part in the letter where it says “we can’t proceed or take a decision until we receive this from you”, that is standard language regularly in RFE letters independently of what the RFE is about, so it’s nothing saying it’s “severe” for you. Needless to say, take good care of the rest of the letter / what they are asking for.

those agents are useless somethimes. i have all the 7 criterias and doing master in the usa. Regardless they asked me for a evaluated bachelors. nonsense
